Onset’s new
U11-001 lets you simultaneously monitor and log state changes in
up to three locations plus one time/date-stamped event. The three
state and one event channels monitor contact closures or openings
driven by external sensors mounted on motors, doors, or other
cycling equipment. Contact closures/openings are time and date
stamped, and easy-to-use HOBOware® (Windows or Mac) software
provides statistical data such as total % time closed, total %
time open, and total number of events. The event channel can be
used with other sensors to record when momentary events occur.
The U11-001’s large, 64K memory lets you log up to 43K
time-stamped state changes/events, and direct USB connectivity
provides fast data readout. The U11-001 runs for up to 1 year on a
user-replaceable battery. |

run-times using the new Onset CSV-A8 Current Switch with a HOBO
State data logger. The CSV-A8 is a split-core AC Current Sensor
with adjustable threshold switch output to monitor when equipment
turns on and off. Just install the CSV-A8 around a
current-carrying wire to the equipment you need to monitor and
connect to a HOBO State data logger using the logger’s input
cable.
